SEM data from a parameter study on 316L/CuCrZr multi-material specimens

This dataset was generated in the context of a parameter study in the paper: Supplementary data of “Additive manufacturing of multi-material parts – Influence of process parameters on interface formation in in-plane 316L/CuCrZr laser powder bed fusion"

It includes SEM data of seven specimens with the following sample numbers: 1, 8, 24, 25, 32, 33, 40.

  • Materials: 316L (Carpenter Additive) and CuCrZr (Eckart TLS GmbH)
  • PBF-LB Machine: Aconity MIDI+ equipped with an integrated Aerosint SPD Recoater V1.0
  • Mounting material: AB-Zenopox
  • Grinding machine: Struers Tegramin-30
  • SEM system: Zeiss SUPRA 55 VP
