INSAR_stochastic

Reference implementation of the three-component spectral stochastic model for the InSAR differential phase (Kermarrec, submitted to IEEE TGRS). The model decomposes the radial 2D periodogram into a two-regime Von Karman atmospheric spectrum, a k^-3 orbital/ionospheric residual, and a thermal noise plateau, fitted per pair and inverted frequency-by-frequency in the BLUE. The package contains the full spectral SBAS pipeline, the standalone BLUE solver, the reference baseline methods (Cao 2018, Duan-tau, STOMAC), and a self-contained synthetic demo that verifies the calibration properties (sigma_apo^2 = 1, rate-domain Cal = 1) without any input data. Provided for peer review. Files to generate the figures are provided
