Abaqus User Element (UEL) subroutine from the paper: Bensel, Reiber et al. (2023) "A gradient-enhanced bone remodelling approach to avoid the checkerboard phenomenon", Computational Mechanics, Springer, https://doi.org/10.1007/s00466-023-02413-9

The subroutine includes: adapted C3D4 implementation with an additional degree of freedom, stress adaptive bone remodelling material with gradient enhancement regularisation and User Material subroutine for visualization.
